Job Description – Senior Accountant

Experience: 4–7 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting, AP/AR, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and audits.
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and internal controls.
• Prepare reports and analysis for management.

Required Skills

• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Indian taxation, including GST and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
