📍 Position:Operational Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Supervise Purchase, Billing, Inventory, Dispatch, Delivery, and Store Operations.
• Optimize workflows using ERP software, automation, and AI tools.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders and efficient inventory management.
• Identify process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Train team members on new software, digital tools, and AI-based workflows.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:MBA / BBA

• B.Tech / MCA / BCA
• Candidates with a strong technical background and operational experience will be preferred.
• ✅ Required Skills:Strong knowledge of ERP Software, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Business Operations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Ability to streamline processes through automation and technology
• Quick learner with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

💼 Experience:2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or business process management preferred.

• Exceptional fresh graduates with outstanding technical and AI skills may also be considered.
