Field Sales Manager

Ideal Candidate should be able to understand Roof Top Solar Installation project requirement and carry out Field Sales for B2C channels.

He/She should be able to answer all Customer queries related to Roof Top Solar installations and end to end processes involved from confirmation to commissioning.

He/She should be able to answer questions pertaining to DISCOM processes, customer requirement for specific load and use case, Financing Processes and eligibility and Subsidies Available.

Basic Knowledge of Electrical connections and Electric Components involved in Rooftop Solar project.

Excellent Listening, communication, coordination and negotiation skills

Monitoring status for all inbound and outbound Leads and tracking status through digital CRM platforms.

Daily logging of all status change for existing tasks and new task creations

Weekly Reporting of performance matrix and conversion.

Identifying gaps in system or communication and highlighting it to the senior management.
