Field Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the solar power industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets through B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market activities.

Handle B2B and B2C sales and develop new business opportunities.

Meet potential customers and understand their solar power requirements.

Explain solar products, solutions, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and installation requirements.

Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Requirements:

Graduate qualification required.

BE/B.Tech preferred.

Basic English communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

Experience in B2B and B2C sales.

Knowledge or experience in the Solar Power industry is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000

Incentive: Up to ₹15,000
