## About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of products, including:

- Cement

- TMT Bars

- Paints

- Electrical Wires

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

## Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites.

- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.

- Promote and sell company products.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Collect market feedback and competitor information.

- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Submit daily activity and sales reports.

## Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.

- Experience in Cement, Steel/TMT, Paints, Electrical Products, Hardware, or Building Materials preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

- Ability to travel within Kanpur Nagar and nearby areas.

## Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month
