Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled MS Excel Expert (Level 3) with advanced knowledge of Excel functions, data analysis, reporting, automation, and dashboard creation. The candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing automated reports, analyzing business performance, and improving operational efficiency through advanced Excel solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, clean, validate, and manage large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel.
• Create advanced reports, interactive dashboards, charts, and management summaries.
• Use advanced Excel formulas, including XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR, and dynamic array functions.
• Develop and maintain PivotTables, PivotCharts, slicers, and advanced data summaries.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros and VBA.
• Use Power Query to import, transform, merge, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Apply data validation, conditional formatting, and error-checking techniques to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI reports, financial reports, and performance analysis.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Optimize spreadsheets for performance, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company reporting standards.
• Required SkillsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions.
• Hands-on experience with PivotTables, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Power Query and Excel VBA/macros.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and tight reporting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Qualifications and ExperienceGraduate degree in any relevant discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Excel-based reporting, MIS, data analysis, or a related role preferred.
