Data Entry Executive

Position: Data Executive

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). 
• Candidates from other disciplines with relevant computer and data-handling knowledge may also be considered.  
• Freshers (0–1 year of experience) with relevant academic projects, internships, or coursework are encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company databases and records
• Data Cleaning and Processing Using Microsoft Excel 
• Verify and update data accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and analysis
• Ensure confidentiality and data security
• Support operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in Data Executive or Data management role (Preferred)
• Understanding of Data visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau (Preferred)
