Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with General Physicians, Specialists, Paediatricians, Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

Increase patient referrals and strengthen the branch's referral network.

Promote the Pharmacy, OPD, Diagnostic, Dental, and other healthcare services offered by Midtown Hospital.

Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient footfall.

Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and corporate organizations.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

Submit daily and weekly business development reports to the Branch Manager and Head Office.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development will be given preference.

Essential Requirements

Strong network and excellent relationships with doctors in Kanpur.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
