Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an 7-12 years experienced in healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, pharmacy or related industrie’s Dynamic Branch Head to lead the operations of our integrated healthcare facility comprising Multi-Specialty OPDs, Dental Care Unit, Pharmacy, and Diagnostic Laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, patient satisfaction, and profitability while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educational / Qualifications & Experience
· MBA/MHA/BHA or Graduate with relevant healthcare management experience.
· *7-12 years* of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare operations.
· Minimum *3 years* in a leadership role managing a healthcare facility.
· Strong knowledge of clinic operations, pharmacy, diagnostics, and patient services.
· Excellent leadership, communication, financial, and team management skills.
· Mandatory: A Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or D.Pharm) from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
· Preferred: Many modern retail chains prefer candidates who also hold a management degree or diploma, such as an MBA, BBA, or a certification in Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead business development initiatives.
· Manage end-to-end branch operations, including OPDs, Dental Unit, Pharmacy, and Laboratory.
· Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
· Drive revenue growth, profitability, and patient footfall.
· Lead, motivate, and manage clinical and non-clinical teams.
· Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
· Monitor billing, inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
· Ensure statutory, quality, and regulatory compliance.
· Build local referral networks, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
· Prepare MIS reports and achieve branch KPIs.
· Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
· Increase revenue. Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth branch operations.
· Organize health camps and community outreach activities. Submit MIS and operational reports to Head Office.
