Job Description

  • Need resident Area Sales Manager for entire UP market. Job involves extensive travelling across entire UP covering all towns & cities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Generate business from contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and government departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
  • Meet customers regularly to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Outstation travel in whole UP required.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collections.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.
  • Experience in electrical products, decorative street lighting, poles, infrastructure products, or related industries will be preferred.
  • Strong network with dealers, contractors, government departments, and project customers in Kanpur
