Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Handle purchase and sales entries.
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare salary sheets and other financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal team.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally/Busy/Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Must be accurate, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
