Required back office staff (only female candidates, salary 15000 to 18000 in Kanpur branch) candidate • Should be soft-spoken and clear in communication. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries

* Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints

* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

* Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

* Refer unresolved customer issues or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

* Comfortable with working on a laptop/desktop, entering data etc.
