Position: International BPO Executive – Sales Process

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full Time

Work Location: Damodar Nagar, Kanpur & Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1–10 Years

Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA + Unlimited Performance Incentives

Shift Timing: International / Night Shift

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for energetic, sales-driven, and highly confident professionals for an International BPO Sales Process. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle outbound/inbound calls with international clients professionally

*Engage potential customers and convert leads into sales

*Deliver excellent customer interaction with strong American accent communication

*Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively

*Achieve sales targets and monthly conversion goals

*Maintain CRM updates and call records accurately

*Follow quality standards and sales compliance processes

Required Skills:

*Strong American Accent & Excellent English Communication

*Experience in International BPO / International Sales Process

*Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills

*Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude

*Comfortable working in night/international shifts

*Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile:

*1–10 years of relevant experience in International Voice/Sales Process

*Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also apply

*Candidates from US Process / International Calling background preferred
