Job Description – HR Recruiter / Team Leader

Location: Kanpur

• Responsibilities Make 80+ recruitment calls daily
• Shortlist 3–5 candidate CVs per day
• Job posting, sourcing, screening & interview coordination
• Follow-up until candidate joining
• Submit daily call sheet, weekly summary & monthly report
• Send all CVs first to the official company email ID
• Salary & TargetFixed salary + incentives (as discussed)
• Timings 9:30 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat)
• No social media or entertainment during work hours
• Strict confidentiality of company data

Documents Required at the Time of Interview Candidates must bring the following documents:

1. Updated Resume (Hard Copy)
2. Passport-size Photograph (1–2 copies)
3. Aadhaar Card / Any Govt. ID Proof (Original + Photocopy)
4. Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation – originals + copies)
5. Experience Certificates / Relieving Letters (if applicable)
6. Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips (for experienced candidates)
7. Any Professional Certificates (if available)
