Field Sales Executive

PolyKawach is a recycled plastic manufacturing company focused on providing quality and sustainable

plastic products.

Job Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for door-to-door B2C sales in the

Kanpur market.

The selected candidate will visit customers directly, explain and pitch the company’s products, generate

leads, and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to potential customers.
• Explain and pitch PolyKawach products to customers.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets after the initial learning period.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Cover assigned areas and actively develop the local market.
• Initial Learning / Transition Period
• The first 1 month will be a learning and handover period.
• During this period, the candidate will understand the products, sales process, target market, and

working methodology.

• The candidate will be expected to independently take over the sales activities after completing the

first month.

• Sales targets will be applicable after the initial 1-month learning period.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 0–2 years in sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable with field sales and door-to-door visits.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must be comfortable travelling within Kanpur for customer visits.

Salary

Experienced Candidate: ₹20,000 per month in-hand

Fresher: ₹15,000 per month in-hand

Important Note

This is a field-based B2C sales role. The candidate must be comfortable with regular door-to-door

customer visits and direct product pitching.
