Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager oversees the daily operations of the sales team, leads marketing

initiatives, and ensures smooth admissions through CRM management, reporting, and team

coordination. This role focuses on driving growth, resolving sales issues, and creating effective

communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Guide and monitor sales team performance and daily targets

 Study and manage CRM; resolve issues through regular meetings

 Prepare reports (admissions, assessments, special education, monthly sales)

 Conduct sales meetings, interviews, and training sessions

 Collaborate with content writers to create course-specific pitch notes

 Post daily updates in lead groups and update sales graphs

 Track staff attendance, calls, and performance reports

 Visit office, attend marketing meetings, and oversee lead follow-ups
