Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support & Operations Executive
Location: Work Mode: Work from Home
Salary: ₹80000 + 12000
Key Responsibilities
Handle WhatsApp enquiries.
Take, confirm and manage orders.
Coordinate orders with the kitchen team.
Coordinate with delivery partners and track deliveries.
Maintain daily order and sales MIS.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Maintain customer/order records.
Prepare daily reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with WhatsApp business
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Responsible, organised and proactive.
Malayalam & English preferred; Hindi/Kannada is an advantage.
