Job Description
- Field Visits: Visit customers directly at their homes, shops, or workplaces to discuss and recover outstanding or overdue dues. [1, 2]
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate payment commitments through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person discussions. [1, 2]
- Negotiation & Resolution: Explain outstanding balances, listen to customer constraints, and negotiate structured repayment plans or settlements. [1, 2]
- Collection & Receipts: Collect payments through approved company channels or digital/offline modes and issue proper receipts. [1]
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain real-time records of customer visits, payment statuses, and daily or weekly reports for management. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical collection guidelines, and statutory/regulatory standards (such as RBI or local financial norms). [1, 2, 3]
