Job RoleWe are hiring a Team Leader for the SME Banking vertical. The main responsibility is to open salary accounts for employees of SME companies and onboard new employees/customers through the team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of 10–15 field executives.
• Visit SME companies and coordinate with HR / company management for salary account opening.
• Ensure new employees are onboarded and their salary accounts are opened successfully.
• Allocate daily targets to team members and monitor their performance.
• Achieve team targets and ensure timely completion of account opening and onboarding.
• Check daily reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Guide and support team members in meeting their targets.
• Cover the assigned market from Kalyan to Thane.
• Target RequirementsTeam targets will be assigned as per business requirements: 50 / 100 / 300.
• The Team Leader must drive team performance and ensure target achievement.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience in banking, SME, salary accounts, CASA or field sales.
• Previous experience handling a team of 10–15 members preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
• Must be comfortable with field visits across Kalyan to Thane.

Salary₹30,000 In-Hand per Month
