Role OverviewWe are looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated Online Sales Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding transporters and truck owners, verifying vehicles on our platform, coordinating load requirements, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable with technology, and motivated by incentive-based earnings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Education: Connect with new leads, drivers, and transporters and guide them through the onboarding process.
• App & Service Training: Educate customers on how to effectively use our mobile application and services.
• Vehicle Verification: Collect, inspect, and verify truck/vehicle details and accurately register them on the platform.
• Load Management: Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to match verified trucks with available loads.
• Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and transporters to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into active transporters/truck owners and ensure successful completion of their first load.
• Target Achievement: Work with management and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Performance Management: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Compensation & Incentive StructureMonth 1 – Joining Payment₹5,000 one-time payment upon securing your first successful order.

Month 2 Onwards – Performance-Based IncentivesEarnings are based on successful onboarding and load generation.

₹600 per verified truck that is successfully onboarded and completes its first load.

The more successful truck onboardings and completed first loads you generate, the higher your earning potential.
