Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for:
- Vehicle Sales (Retail/Wholesale)
- Service operations (Revenue, Job Cards, Productivity)
- Inventory/Stock Management
- Accounts & Financial data
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and HR teams for data collection
- Track KPIs such as:
- Conversion ratios
- Revenue trends
- Customer retention
- Workshop efficiency
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
- Manage dealership software (DMS/CRM systems) and data extraction
- Support audits and compliance reporting
