💼 Position: HR Compliance Executive

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ PF (Provident Fund) handling

✅ ESIC registration aur maintenance

✅ Employee onboarding aur documentation

✅ Labour law compliance

✅ Employee records maintain karna

✅ Attendance aur leave records manage karna

✅ Payroll coordination

✅ Full & Final Settlement process

✅ HR MIS reports banana

✅ Statutory audits aur inspections ke liye records maintain karna

✅ Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

✅ Handle statutory compliance activities including PF, ESIC, and labor law documentation

✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS reports

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

✅ Coordinate employee verification, audits, and compliance-related documentation

✅ Support payroll inputs and employee lifecycle management

✅ Conduct regular visits to both office and warehouse locations as required

✅ Coordinate with employees, vendors, and management for HR operations and compliance matters

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in HR Compliance

✔ Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and statutory compliance

✔ Experience handling employee documentation, attendance, and HR operations

✔ Comfortable traveling between Bhiwandi warehouse and Sakinaka office

✔ Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

📅 Work Location:

✔ 4 days working from Bhiwandi Warehouse

✔ Occasionally required to visit the Sakinaka Office as per business requirements
