Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to customers for pending and overdue payments.
  • Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding balances.
  • Follow up regularly with customers to obtain payment commitments.
  • Explain payment details and resolve basic payment-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment promises.
  • Coordinate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team or supervisor.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow company policies during collection calls.
