BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Management | Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive collaboration and mutual business success. |
Monitor and track partnership performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management | |
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential risks | |
Stakeholder Management | Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including sales, marketing, product devel- opment,and legal, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives. |
Interact with sales team to process the application and co ordinate with internal and external stake holders | |
Compliance Management | Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards. |
Leadership |

Vendor Management | Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategicpartnership opportunities with a clear focus ondriving Revenue for the company. Should be prepared for MoM revenue targets.

Operation and Strategy | Onboarding strategic partnership Retail/ DSA and Digital Partner |
Data Management | Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance strategy to identify and pri-oritizepotential partners, with a special focus on Banks, Fintech Companies and NBFCs .

- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
Nature of Experience: 3+ Years Experience / Similar Experience from BFSI, Strategic alliances, partnership development.
