Job Description

Language Counsellor – Kalol


Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: As per Experience + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | Target-Based


Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, French & German courses.
  • Handle calls, walk-ins, enquiries and regular follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into successful enrolments.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Explain course fees, duration, batches and requirements.
  • Maintain student and lead records in CRM/ERP.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the International Affairs team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of language courses and study-abroad requirements preferred.
  • English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred.
