About the JobWe are looking for a Factory Helper to work in our factory and at customer sites. No experience is needed. We will teach you the work.

Work You Will Do

• Load and unload solar water heater tanks using machines.
• Help move materials inside the factory.
• Press buttons on machines for welding work.
• Help install solar water heaters on building terraces.
• Keep your work area clean and neat.
• Follow instructions given by your supervisor.
• Help with other simple factory work when needed.

Who Can Apply?

• No experience required.
• Freshers can apply.
• Must be willing to do physical work.
• Must be willing to learn new work.
• Must be ready to travel for installation work when needed.

ಕೆಲಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ

ನಮ್ಮ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಟ್ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿಗೆ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅನುಭವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

ನೀವು ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ

• ಯಂತ್ರದ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ವಾಟರ್ ಹೀಟರ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಲೋಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
• ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಜಾಗದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
• ವೆಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಯಂತ್ರದ ಬಟನ್ ಒತ್ತುವುದು.
• ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ಛಾವಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (Terrace) ಸೋಲಾರ್ ವಾಟರ್ ಹೀಟರ್ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
• ಕೆಲಸದ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿ ಇಡುವುದು.
• ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ ಹೇಳಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದು.
• ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಇತರೆ ಸರಳ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಯಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು?

• ಅನುಭವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಹೊಸ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು (Freshers) ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
• ದೈಹಿಕ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು.

• ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಸೈಟ್ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು.
