Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor and manage daily production activities.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule.
  • Monitor manpower, machines and production processes.
  • Maintain daily production reports and records.
  • Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
  • Monitor material consumption and minimize production wastage.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
  • Improve production efficiency and optimize machine utilization.
  • Maintain proper workplace safety and production discipline.
  • Support continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
  • Report daily production status and issues to management.
