Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot arcade games, amusement machines, and technical equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Handle electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs.

- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with outlet operations team for timely issue resolution.

- Ensure safety standards and equipment functionality are maintained.

- Maintain service reports and maintenance records.

Requirements

Junior Service Engineer

- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, electrical, electronics, or amusement equipment.

- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and repairs.

- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Service Engineer

- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, electronics, gaming equipment, or facility maintenance.

- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

- Ability to handle technical breakdowns independently.

- ITI/Diploma/Electrical or Electronics background preferred.

✅ Experience in gaming zones, arcades, entertainment centers, or maintenance roles will be an added advantage.
