Job Purpose

• This position is responsible for customer service initiatives for all Solar & High KVA products and brands Power Storage Business. Will be accountable for implementation of the strategy including delivery of customer service, trade satisfaction,

  

Primary Job Responsibilities

Customer Services & Power Electronics Industrial

 

• Monitor successful implementation of quality & standard project installations.
• Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant
• Installation & Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
• Handover & Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
• Execute the customer service delivery for Solar & High KVA products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs.
• Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.

 

 

                 

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

B.E./3-year Diploma in Electronics/Electrical

Minimum Experience

3 to 8 years

Relevant/Additional Experience

Customer Service with Solar Off Grid/ On Grid / Online UPS / DC Voltage (greater than 300 VDC) / 3Phase Inverter / Lift Inverters

Products

Solar Industry /3 phase Online/Offline UPS  

Competitor Brand

Consul Neowatt, Delta, Prostar, Eaton, Eapro, UTL, Statecon, Enerteck etc.
