Requirements:

-Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Sports Sales

-Experience in selling sports products such as bats, rackets, gym equipment, sportswear, fitness products, and other sports-related items

-Strong communication and customer handling skills

-Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

-Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

-Ability to generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers

-Good knowledge of the sports industry, products, and market trends

-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

-Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Meet customers and explain products effectively.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
