Harish Properties Pvt. Ltd. (HPPL) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into successful property sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential property buyers.
• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and documentation.
• Negotiate with customers and effectively close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the documentation and management teams for smooth deal closure.

Stay updated about market trends, property prices, and competing projects.
