Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Patients ko greet karna aur unki queries handle karna
- Appointment scheduling (call, WhatsApp, walk-in)
- Patient records maintain karna (digital/manual)
- Billing aur payment handling (cash/online)
- Doctors aur staff ke saath coordination
- Calls receive karna aur follow-ups manage karna
- Clinic ki cleanliness aur front desk presentation maintain karna
- Daily reports aur data entry maintain karna
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Polite aur professional behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Multitasking ability
- Patient handling experience preferred
- Qualifications:Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (Clinic/hospital experience is a plus)
- Working Hours:Full-time (clinic timings ke according)
- Salary:₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (experience ke basis par)
