Field Officer – Job Description
- Visit customers for loan collection and recovery.
- Follow up on overdue EMIs and outstanding loan payments.
- Update customer visit details and recovery status in the company software.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and recovery team regarding collection cases.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to loan repayments.
- Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
- Ensure professional conduct and follow company policies during all field visits.
