Job Description
- Handle Instagram and social media accounts
- Reply to customer DMs and WhatsApp messages
- Attend video calls with customers
- Upload and update products on Shopify
- Manage courier bookings and shipment tracking
- Process customer orders
- Catalog management
- Handle Excel sheets and back-office work
- Coordinate with the photographer, designer, and software team
- Basic Canva editing (preferred)
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Experience in Instagram handling
- Basic computer knowledge
- Quick learner with good organizational skills
