Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Jodhpur - Utsav Plaza - CSE*

- Handle customer service operations specifically for two wheeler loan products. - Serve as the primary point of contact for loan-related customer queries and support. - Work at the Jodhpur Utsav Plaza location, providing in-person or telephonic assistance. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating loan processes. - Maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers to resolve issues efficiently. - Support the loan department by coordinating between customers and internal teams. - Uphold company policies and compliance standards while delivering service. - Adapt to the dynamic needs of customers seeking two wheeler financing solutions. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. - Manage documentation and data entry related to customer interactions and loan applications.
