Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Update CRM and prepare sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
