Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers, dealers, retailers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Explain and promote Ecozen's products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update the team on market activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and customer support.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Candidate EligibilityEducation: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can be considered; candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, Agriculture, Solar, Retail, Distribution, or other field-sales industries are preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Should have good knowledge of the local market.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
