Job Description
About the RoleBharat Fund is hiring driven Sales Executives to expand our multi-product fintech distribution network. You will pitch and sell our DSA/Franchise partnership models and drive the distribution of Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and CRM Software solutions to local agents, distributors, and business owners.Key ResponsibilitiesDSA & Franchise Acquisition: Pitch and close Bharat Fund partnership packages (Starter, Pro Plan, and Master Franchise) to financial consultants, tax practitioners, and aspiring entrepreneurs.Product Distribution: Drive sales and pipeline across 4 key verticals:Loans & Credit Cards: Unsecured loans, business funding, mortgage/LAP, and multi-bank credit cards.Insurance: General, motor, and health insurance plans.CRM Software: Sell proprietary fintech lead-management and payout CRM access to agents and DSA firms.Partner Activation: Train new partners on portal login, document verification, and CRM usage to ensure quick transaction rollouts.Pipeline Management: Handle daily outbound calling, qualify prospects from company databases, and meet monthly sales milestones.Requirements6 months to 2 years of sales experience in loan DSA, credit cards, insurance (POSP), or B2B SaaS/CRM selling (Freshers with strong closing skills can apply).Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in Hindi and basic English.Goal-driven mindset focused on maximizing monthly commission earnings.WhatsApp / Social Media Hiring Post (Quick Copy)🚀 Hiring: Sales Executive – Bharat Fund📍 Location: [City / Work From Home]💰 Salary: ₹15k – ₹25k/mo + High Weekly IncentivesRole:Sell DSA Franchise Models | Loans | Credit Cards | Insurance | Fintech CRM Solutions.Who Can Apply?Anyone with 6+ months experience in DSA/Loan sales, Insurance, or Credit Card telecalling.
