About TacRetailTacRetail is a growing multi-brand retail company operating across defence cantonments in India. Our stores offer leading national and international brands, including Skechers, Adidas, Lotto, and other prominent footwear, sportswear, apparel and lifestyle brands.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and sales-driven Sales Executive & Store In-Charge to manage our Babina retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service

• Drive daily and monthly sales to achieve store targets.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, features and brand recommendations.
• Actively promote Skechers, Adidas and other brands to maximise sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average billing value.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

2. Store Operations & Management

• Independently manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Maintain brand-wise product presentation and promotional displays.
• Handle POS billing, cash transactions, digital payments and daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate with TacRetail management regarding store performance and operational requirements.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movement.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
• Coordinate stock replenishment, transfers and new product arrivals.
• Ensure proper handling of merchandise and minimise stock discrepancies or losses.

4. Sales Reporting & Accountability

• Submit daily sales reports and updates to management.
• Monitor brand-wise sales performance against targets.
• Share customer feedback, product requirements and competitor pricing insights.
• Take ownership of store performance, customer satisfaction and overall sales growth.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably footwear, sportswear, apparel or multi-brand stores.
• Previous experience with brands such as Skechers, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Reebok or similar brands will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing, inventory management and digital payments.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store operations.
• Honest, disciplined, punctual and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp reporting.
