Job Description

Job Responsibility:


1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
  • Ensure proper market coverage and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor wholesale/retail site performance and ensure audit compliance.


2. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain branch hygiene, branding, and display standards.


3. People Management

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff (Sales Executives, BI, DB, etc.).
  • Conduct training and performance reviews for the team.
  • Handle disciplinary issues in line with company policies.
  • Ensure proper manpower deployment for market visits and coverage.


4. Financial & Administrative Control

  • Monitor AR (Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely collections.
  • Control branch expenses and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and reporting to HO.


5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with HO for supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing activities.
  • Communicate market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of FMCG/Distribution operations preferred.
