Position: Quality Check Supervisor

Company: Shri Balaji Incense Industries (Madhukunj Agarbatti)

Location: Janla, Ogalpada, Khordha, Odisha

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Check Supervisor to ensure that all products manufactured meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistency in production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular quality inspections during production and packaging processes.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods for quality parameters.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
• Reduce product defects and wastage through continuous monitoring.
• Train workers on quality requirements and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the production area.
• Report quality deviations to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Diploma holder preferred.

• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Agarbatti, Food, or Consumer Goods industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and reporting).
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with production teams.
