Job Summary:Madhukunj Agarbatti is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who is fluent in Bengali and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, distributor coordination, order follow-ups, complaint resolution, and maintaining strong business relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer and distributor queries professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding orders and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth communication.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
• Maintain customer database and daily reporting.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
• Support business growth through effective communication and coordination.
• Required Skills:Fluent communication in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling, Reporting).
• Ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
• Experience:FMCG or Customer Handling experience preferred.
