Dispatch Incharge – Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare outlet-wise dispatch as per demand.Verify quantity, quality, and expiry before dispatch.Ensure on-time loading and vehicle dispatch.Maintain dispatch records and stock reconciliation.Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Outlets.Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper cold chain.Minimize dispatch errors and product damage.

Night Supervisor – Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the night production plan on time.Supervise manpower and allocate work efficiently.Ensure product quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.Monitor raw material availability and machine operations.Coordinate with Dispatch for timely morning dispatch.Control wastage and report production issues.Submit daily production and shift handover reports.
