Floater Operator (Garment Manufacturing)
📍 Location: Mota, Khordha, Odisha
💰 Salary: Competetive Hike on your Previous/Current salary
🧑💼 Experience: 1–2 years of experience in woven garment manufacturing
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Mandatory Skill: Must be highly proficient in at least two (2) of the critical sewing operations listed below.
- Machine Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating industrial sewing machines (such as SNLS, DNLS, SNCS, Kansai, FOA, or APW).
- Adaptability: Must be flexible to quickly switch between different machines and operations on the production floor to eliminate line bottlenecks.
