Job Title: Structural Draughtsman

Job Location: TATA STEEL, Jamshedpur

Education: ITI, Diploma B. Tech

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Major requirements as follows:

•  Candidate should be well versed with preparation of layout drawings, building general arrangement drawings, conveyor arrangement etc.
• Knowledge of PFD & PID is required
• Capable of preparing GA and detailed drawings of technology structures such chutes, hoppers and tanks
• Should have understanding of piping arrangement drawings, basic structural GA and civil drawings
• Candidate should have drafting experience of atlest 5 years and associated with designing jobs in present role.

Required skills and qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or degree in Engineering and Good Drafting Knowledge in Plant Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman.
• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of engineering design and drawing, construction, and drafting principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Drafting experience in Steel industries.
• Experience in Steel Plant Project management.
