Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales management, customer handling, and inventory management skills, along with the ability to lead a team and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily retail store operations.

- Lead, train, and manage store staff to ensure efficient performance.

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, product ordering, and replenishment.

- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store presentation.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store accounts.

- Ensure proper product labelling, pricing, expiry-date checks, and quality standards.

- Maintain coordination with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline throughout the store.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and stock movement.

Requirements & Skills

- Previous experience in retail store management or a similar role.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of sales, inventory, and billing operations.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.

- Responsible, organised, and target-oriented approach.
