Job Description

  • To demonstrate and maintain effective communication skills required for the position.
  • To oversee and manage overall guest house operations and management services.
  • To maintain a strong and professional relationship with the client and stakeholders.
  • To establish and implement service culture, operational standards, and guest experience practices for enhanced user satisfaction.
  • To ensure implementation of basic and mandatory HR practices at the project site.
  • To manage site operations with optimized cost control measures and efficient operational practices.
  • To supervise supplier coordination and establish effective store and inventory management systems at the project.
  • To implement and maintain Health & Safety standards in compliance with HACCP and FSSAI guidelines.
  • To ensure timely submission of invoices for services rendered under the scope of work and facilitate timely collection of payments.
