Role Overview

• This is a unique MR role following our "Distribution First, Sales Next" business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and appoint a Strategic Distribution Partner (SDP) for the territory.
• Develop and strengthen the distributor network.
• After distribution is established, generate prescriptions and drive sales through doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Build strong customer relationships and expand market coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Jamshedpur market is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
