Medical Representative (MR)

We are urgently hiring Medical Representatives (MR) for our Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturing Company, headquartered in Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic industry, who can join within 1 week.

Job Responsibilities

* Visit 10–12 doctors daily and promote company products.

* Generate leads and develop your own doctor network, especially during the initial period.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong professional relationships with doctors.

* Achieve assigned sales targets, especially during the first 3 months.

* Handle product sales and collections as required.

* Conduct regular Free Medical Camps as per company SOP.

* Ensure Glow Sign Board installations as per company SOP.

* Submit daily field reports and maintain proper follow-up records.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary + Incentives

* Candidates with field sales experience: 10%–20% hike on last drawn salary, depending on experience and suitability.

* Freshers:

– D.Pharm: ₹20,000 in hand/month

– B.Pharm: ₹21,000 in hand/month

Eligibility

* 2–3 years of field sales experience preferred.

* Candidates should be comfortable with daily field visits and meeting doctors.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Candidate should have their previous company's offer letter available.

* Candidates who can join within 1 week will be preferred.

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
