Job Responsibilities:

• Pitch and explain Airtel Salary Account products to potential customers.
• Convince customers and convert leads into successful account openings.
• Drive Airtel Salary Account acquisition and Debit Card sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits to corporate offices and customer locations.
• Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–4 Years in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Customer Acquisition
• Age: 18–35 Years
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Customer-focused approach

Mandatory Requirements:

• Own Bike
• Valid Driving License (DL)

Preferred Skills:

• Sales and marketing aptitude
• Relationship management skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in the field
